Silver Beach Hotel at 100 Main Street, Saint Joseph, Michigan.

I paid well over $200 for a room that had black stained carpet, holes in the walls, we had to check out early because we couldn't use the shower. It was covered with black mold around the faucet and some orange substance on the drain. The towel rack was completely rusted out, our towels were just sitting on rust. I will be calling the manager on Monday and I expect a partial if not full refund and if I am not compensated I will be taking this as high as possible. The room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website, not even close. I've stayed in rooms for $50 a night that we're cleaner and better kept than this. I have never been more upset with a hotel stay. ***Update, management took NO ACTION AT ALL!! NO APPOLOGY, just use the excuse they hadn't updated all the rooms yet.
